Marian McDonald commenced operating as Lifeline Business Services approx 20 years ago, providing accounting and taxation services to a wide range of small to medium sized enterprises.

She works closely with a wide range of clients in varying stages of development, preparing full trading figures, VAT returns, completing PAYE & PRSI documentation and dealing with the day-to-day good business practices of enterprises. 

Lifeline Business Training

Marian developed Lifeline Business Training in 1997, devising a number of Programmes ranging from Start Your Own Business to Business Development, which are uniquely tailored to suit the needs of business-people at differing stages of development. The Programmes are personalised to suit the individial requirements of the variety of enterprises and can easily be adapted to include any variables that are considered necessary.

The objectives of the programmes are to assist each participant to identify their strengths and weaknesses, to give them the confidence to address any problems, while also recognising their opportunities.

Business Planning is at the core of the programme giving each participant the knowledge of their market and competitors, thus allowing them to make informed decisions as to the appropriate direction in which their idea/enterprise should proceed.
